My name is Kirsty C***** and I came to you for a weight loss Hypnosis session on 2nd Nov 2007. I have since lost weight steadily and to date I have lost 2 and a half stones which I am delighted with.

I have listened to my CD a lot since then when I feel I need it but it has become damaged and I would like to get a replacement copy. I would be grateful if you could send me info on how to go about this.

I would also like to take this opportunity to say thanks so much for your help as I feel it was the key thing that helped me get on the right track.
