“Dear Alan ,A short note to say a BIG THANK YOU for making me feel relaxed and confident enough to undertake a plane journey a couple of weeks ago.

I never foresaw myself actually going and although I still felt a slight apprehension, I could control my fear and thanks to you I had a brilliant holiday.
