Stop Smoking – Anon

” I was advised in Sept 2011 I had to have surgery on the base of my spine and had to stop smoking before they would operate. I’d tried cold turkey, then patches and no smoking clinics .

My sister and fiancé had recommended Alan as they had stopped smoking in January 2010 as a result of coming to see him.

I’m pleased to say I’ve not had one puff since November 24th 2011 after 6 years of heavy smoking”
